The State of Things and Things to Come

Recording for the new album is underway.  If all goes well it will be out in the Fall.  There are 11 songs that will be on this project.  The biggest difference between this project and my debut album is that this isn't a solo project.  It is a band.  The band has been in a state of constant flux for the past year.  Some of that is life happening, and some of that is growing pains.
This new album is is more violin heavy than guitar heavy.  I'm not even sure the sound can be described as rock music.  I'm at a loss when it comes to determining the genre.  The closest official definition I can find is baroque pop, but even that doesn't seem to fit, and even if it does, who is familiar with baroque pop?  Either way, I really hope that people enjoy listening to the album once it is finished.  A tremendous amount of work has gone into it.
